Dakota is a brand-new affordable housing community rising at 3787 N Blackstone Avenue in Fresno, on the site of the former Smuggler's Restaurant. Designed for families and individuals, Dakota brings 114 modern, energy-efficient apartments to the heart of the city — built on the belief that everyone deserves a stable, healthy, and dignified place to call home.
