Cullen Davis
Co-Owner
Cullen is a graduate of Northwestern Law who leveraged his legal education to create a diversified and integrated real estate company. Mr. Davis uses his platform to effect social change across the country in the development of affordable housing for those who are most in need. He currently operates four companies and lives in Chicago with his two children.
Jessica Hoff-Berzac
Co-Owner
Jessica specializes in creating community partnerships with service providers and non-profit organizations and is dedicated to creating opportunities for special needs individuals to live in affordable and supportive housing. Ms. Hoff Berzac is well-versed in the process of community engagement and knows the importance of building a project and team with a broad network of support.
Wayne Rutledge
Co-Owner
Wayne Rutledge, Co-Founder of RHCB Development began investing in real estate more than 10 years ago. After finding a niche in low-income and affordable housing, Wayne’s passion for ending homelessness grew. Wayne quickly became a well known member of the housing community while sitting on several tasks forces related to improving the rental conditions in The City of Fresno.
Brad Hardie
Co-Owner
Brad Hardie, Co-Founder of RH Community Builders and President of Regency Property Management (RPM) comes from a family of real estate investors and got into the business from a young age. Brad was featured in Forbes Magazine 30 under 30: Real Estate, profiling top, young real estate investors across The United States. Currently, Brad serves on the Fresno City Planning Commission to ensure development in Fresno is positive and supports community development.
Destiny Gonzales
Regional Property Director
Destiny Gonzales, Director of Operations, has over 10 years of experience in the asset and property management industry. Ms. Gonzales' experience includes commercial properties, market rate, affordable housing programs, and PSH for more than 10,500 units and more than $40 million in property budget. As the Director of Operations a primary role is to engage with the regulatory agencies, tax credit investors, and limited partners on behalf of the ownership entities for the projects within the portfolio.
