Madson Gardens

Madson Gardens will provide 57 units of supportive housing targeting chronically homeless and homeless individuals. The project is funded through the Project Homekey program, a state initiative that targets vulnerable individuals in need of housing.

UPholdings and RH Community Builders have partnered to be the development team lead for the proposed Homekey project.  The partnership brings the requisite experience in the development, ownership, and management of permanent supportive housing to competitively pursue Project Homekey funding. The project is supported through robust partnerships with the Housing Authority of Tulare County, Tulare County HHSA, and the Kings/Tulare Homeless Alliance. Tulare HHSA will provide supportive services, and the Kings/Tulare Homeless Alliance and Housing Authority will support the project with housing vouchers. Resident referrals will be made through the Tulare County Continuum of Care's Coordinated Entry System.
